The committee is made up of members who are responsible for all of the planning that goes into a camping season, from finding the sites, organizing the special events, looking after all of our equipment, taking care of the paper work and looking after the club funds. The committee is very approachable and will always listen to any views or ideas you wish to make, after all the club is run by members for members. During the season the HCC holds it general AGM meeting where the members discuss the seasons camping, committee structure, funds etc. If you are interested in joining the committee at any time during the camping season please contact any committee member.
